DO NOT order from this company . On 6/29/2023 I ordered a product from Global Meds and after waiting 2 months had not received it . I reported it to my credit card company and they handled it for me . After a while they refunded the money to my card . I will never deal with them again . I have never had a problem with any other company in India , and been ordering from them for years .

I purchased a medication which never arrived. The "shipper" ParcelFix Logistics wanted to charge me 1550 because supposedly the package was seized at the border and for the package to be sent on to me, they wanted me to pay for a "FDA certification!" This is what they'd written: "We can process an FDA Certification for you but it will require some money which is 98% refundable with 2% used to cover the process cost. The certificate has a valid period of 2 years which you can buy and ship anywhere in the world without any problem. The cost of getting the FDA Certification processed is 1550 Euros. The money will be refunded to you upon delivery of the package at your address." Seriously. STAY AWAY.

Is for Global Meds Europe,Germany.Made an order,paid via transfer and confirmed to have received by them.Delivery on friday,was to confirm mail from Parcel fix logistics correct details and address.Confirmed order,delivery on friday.On that day mail from Parcel fix extra fees to pay,1.550,via banktransfer,paid it.They said to deliver once all clear.Instead received mail with yet another payment,3.410 for customs clearance?Doubts about it.Paid again only to receive mail with yet another payment to be made,1.750!Refused that payment,had enough,Global Meds informed about it.Reply was to pay that,refused.Did send mails to both scammers,no reply,no refund either.To me both are scammers,not to be trusted.Money waisted and lost!

My friend had this exact same experience. They were notified that the package was being held in customs until they paid 1550 euros.

But the tracking number they sent was fake and they didn't provide any valid contact information to verify with customs. They just warned that if you didn't pay, the government would open your package and might come interrogate you.

Luckily, we saw this review and determined that this was the same scam. Thank you for saving my friend.

Placed an order never received email confirmation, then when I went to their support line no answer and online help sent me to another screen and wanted me to enter my credit card information again. Canceled order through my credit card company.

Hi so i dont know why all of you are calling global meds fraudulent? I was only there for a week through a temp agency and i loved working here. And i can tell for a fact that they are not fraudulent. At least not at the one i worked at in scottsdale. Yes they may take a while to ship out orders but that is because they take there time putting these computers together. To ensure that nothing goes wrong. So please dont be so hard on the company. Everyone works as a team here and rushing things will only cause more complaints. Because then things would probably fall apart.

Sent in a order on the 12/27/17 got all what was suppose to be a tracking number the whole 9 yards but as of this day not thing. Even give you a support web site that doesn't work. Is there a consumers web cite for this kind of fraud?

This company has been verbally harassing me and will not remove my number from their system. Sam the ***hole has been texting my phone number and will not stop. He has been verbally explicit and continues to harass me via text message. This company and its employees are sick demented perverts. I have to change my number because they continue to text me and it doesn't matter how many times you block them, they will just use a different number to contact you. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

This company is a *** job. They reel you in and even give you fraudulent tracking numbers, shippers and fake websites to go to to track your package. It's all a big scam and as soon as they have your money you'll never hear from them again. I'm going to the FBI with this company because they committed wire fraud, theft by deception, using false names, falsifying documents and whole bunch more of Federal and State commerce laws for which they'll do 15 to 20 years each. The *** hide behind the names of Todd Bryan and Timothy Kennedy, all of which will be prosecuted.

Their new number is 1(70*)***-**** and payment method is listed as wire transfer through MoneyGram/Western Union to Sychova Anzhela, Kiev,Ukraine. They are obvious scam artist and attempt to get around sending any samples for verification.

They also attempt to guilt those who question their validity into making a purchase. Beware.
